The Joe of the Week is, Flak-Viper v1. Not one of the most popular vipers, however he is not the most outrageous looking enemy solder ether. The only thing I do not care for about this figure is his rifle. It does not look that bad, but what is up the the under-slung “mini machete bayonet”. Just an odd thing to have on your rifle. His firing missile backpack is one of the more practical “spring loaded” accessories.
This is actually an original Joe of mine. The only thing I needed to replace was the rifle, which I found online for a few $. Overall he is in ok shape aside from head, which has some scuffs and is starting to discolor.

This guy’s one of my favorites. I even like the orange 1993 version. But, the 2004 repaint in black and Cobra blue is far and away the best. You can even find black versions of the rifles for cheap to arm them. Definitely worth checking out.
